from Contract to Closing


Often, when people think of real estate agents, they think open houses and house showings. Although these apply, the most critical time an agent's experience shines is while structuring the listing process, marketing the home and then managing all the intricate steps once an offer is received.


From offer negotiations, mortgage loans and appraisals, to handling inspection issues and closing docs. Succesful agents know all the probable outcomes of every decision made, and can anticipate and prepare for the next step before it even happens.

Negotiating the Offer(s)

We will apply years of experience to prepare you for the greatest possible outcome. No two home sales are exactly the same, but after negotiating hundreds of successful deals, we'll ensure that you understand your options and how to come to mutually appealing terms.


Guide You Through Home and Village Inspections

We'll review the inspection reports with you and offer solutions. Although we aren't contractors, we do have working knowledge of property mechanicals, as well as access to a number of licensed professionals that can provide guidance and solutions.

Team Up with Your Attorney, and their Mortgage Lender

Open communication with other professionals involved in the real estate transaction  ensures that issues are addressed in a timely fashion, thus preventing closing delays. Real Estate transactions can get pretty complex.  Property condition, lending regulations and buyer qualifications are just some of the integral components that require constant attention.

Ensuring a Successful Real Estate Closing

House Management

We'll make sure the heat  / or ar conditioning is on, the driveway is plowed or that the grass is cut. We'll manage appointments from village inspectors, home appraisers or buyers just wanting to visit again.


Four Daughters Real Estate will coordinate the final walk-through, any final inspections, wiring of buyer's funds, title company scheduling, closing time and place details, and of course be present at the closing to oversee any final details.
